Visa Application Processin Australia

International students who wish to study in Australia must secure an admission and receive the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Letter to apply for a Student Visa.

Student should get registered with us and submit all essential documents including English test score, for us to start applying for the Offer Letter to the Education Provider. If the English Test scores are not yet available, we can still assist you to apply for a Conditional Offer Letter. Once the offer is accepted and the fees are paid, the Education Provider issues electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) which is required for applying for a Student Visa.

Admission Application

Applying to Australian institutions is easy, although it will take some time and careful planning. Remember that you can ask for help and advice from the institution you are applying to, your local Australian visa office and Education Agents.

Documents required for applying admissions with the Education Providers:

  • Original Passport
  • School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate
  • Academic Certificates & Transcripts (if available)
  • Work Experience Letter (if applicable)
  • English language proficiency Certificates (IELTS or PTE)
  • Resume/CV
  • Any other relevant certificates (if applicable)
  • Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Visa Application

There are different categories of Student Visas for Australia depending on the type of study you plan to undertake.

It is recommended to lodge the visa application 12 weeks before the orientation date at your Institution.

Australian universities & colleges accept both IELTS & PTE scores as a proof of English proficiency. The following guideline for IELTS/PTE score is just an approximation, each University or Institute will have their own benchmark score for their respective courses.
